Tents 1 & 2 sit closest to the Pavilion, with easy access by staircase. Tents 3 & 4 are tucked further along the bluff, reached by a gentle gravel path.
Tent Details
Tent 1 - Dryas Camp / Sleeps two, $175 per night.
Tent 2 - Spruce Camp / Sleeps three, $195 per night.
Tent 3 - River Camp / Sleeps two, $175 per night.
Tent 4 - Sparrow Camp / Sleeps two, $175 per night.
All tents have stunning views and are a short walk from the outhouses.
Extra bed option: Camp Cot with 2” memory foam and luxury bedding ($75 per stay, available in Tents 1, 3, 4).
Check-In & Check-Out
Being a small business with a tiny crew, Camp has a set check-in window. Upon arrival, to help ensure an amazing stay, guests receive a brief tour and shown some How Tos (i.e., solar and water use, food storage, etc.).
Check-in window: 3pm – 6pm.
Check-in is from 3–6pm. Guests arriving between 6–7pm may check in with a $50 late fee, but this must be arranged in advance so we can ensure someone is available. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate arrivals after 7pm. Thank you for your understanding!Free early check-ins: Free early check-ins may be available. Please inquire!

Policies
Minimum stay: 2 nights (3 nights over July 4th weekend)
Age limit: Guests 10+
Younger children (ages 6+) welcome with Exclusive Stay booking
Pets: Not allowed (though we love them!)
To make a reservation and confirm a stay:
Full payment is due at the time of booking.
Reservations are not guaranteed without payment.
We gladly accept payment by electronic transfers and credit cards. There is a 3% credit card transaction fee for credit card payments.
By making and confirming a stay, guests accept all Camp Rules and Liability.
Liability
Camp McCarthy is located in a wilderness environment. By making and confirming a reservation, guests are accepting full responsibility for any injury, personal property damage or loss, or inconvenience caused by the natural surroundings, wildlife, or weather.

Cancellation Policy
With our intimate size, short season, and remote location, cancellations significantly affect us. Because of this, we adhere to the following cancellation policy:
90+ days: $50 cancellation fee
Between 90 and 60 days: 50% refund
60 days or less: 100% penalty applies
We recommend purchasing travel insurance.
